2026 WAGS Fall Fundraiser

Thursday, October 29, 2026 (6:00 PM - 8:30 PM) (CDT)

Description

Every life changed by a WAGS dog begins with a community that believes it's possible. For nearly 40 years, Wisconsin Academy for Graduate Service Dogs (WAGS) has brought people together to create life-changing partnerships. Every service dog and clinical therapy dog begins with someone willing to volunteer, someone willing to give, and a community that believes in what's possible.

Join us for an evening celebrating the people, dogs, and stories that have shaped WAGS over the past four decades while looking ahead to the next generation of partnerships. Enjoy a buffet dinner, connect with volunteers and supporters, meet remarkable WAGS dogs, and celebrate the clients, clinical therapy partners, and community members whose lives have been changed through the work we do together.

The evening will feature a special keynote from Brian Vandervest, handler of Frost, WAGS' clinical therapy dog serving with the Madison Police Department. Brian will share how one dog's journey, made possible by countless volunteers and supporters, is creating meaningful connections and making a lasting impact throughout our community. Whether you've been part of the WAGS family for years or are joining us for the first time, we'd be honored to have you with us.
